I’m 10 years clean from m**h today. I’m able to continue to do this by having a great chosen family and support system. I’m able to by apologizing when I’m wrong and making amends when I can. I’m able to stay clean by forgiving myself and learning to fail, better.. I’m able to by practicing patience and humility. Gratitude has been my friend throughout my journey. As long as I do t use, the universe will provide. Let’s see what the next ten years will bring.

Had to take a break due to injury but two days in and the pump feels good. Chest, front and lateral delt, and biceps today. Getting back on track and another mini bulk on the way! **oy
