Our stylists will begin servicing clients at reduced capacity on May 8th, 2020.

We have been hard at work to make sure we are taking all the precautions necessary to begin opening our doors.

When deciding to be serviced at a hair salon, social distancing between the guest and the stylist is not possible to be maintained. With that, we must all not only take the precautions given to us by our health department, but we should go above and beyond those measures in every way possible.

Our Independent Stylists, as well as our guests, should assess their personal situation and level of risk and not take that decision lightly. When in the salon, it is critical that unless a service is being performed, that all other people maintain distancing as well as increased levels of cleaning and precaution.

Please, be patient with us as we all navigate through these new protocols to keep everyone
safe and healthy.

With much consideration, we have decided the best way for us to help protect you and the rest our community during this time is to close our doors until further notice.
While the decision is the right one, it comes with difficult sacrifices for our stylists. Please support your stylist in any way that you can. Rebook your appointment, purchase a gift card, place a deposit down for your next appointment, give them a review, and most importantly wait for them.
They are as eager to see you again and provide for your styling needs. ✂️

Hello to all Serendipity customer's, we will remain open to provide you with your styling needs. In light of the Covid-19 virus, we ask first and foremost that we all follow best practices. Stay home when sick or with potential exposure, practice good personal hygiene, at least 20 seconds of handwashing with soap and water.
