I had a client this morning who saw someone else yesterday and asked for a lash lift but was told her lash was too short. Then she asked for a Classic lash extension for the natural look and feel and she left with a Light Volume intead and was not told before or after and it drove her nuts. She called me last min this morning to see if I can remove it for her because she is leaving for vacation tomorrow. I removed it and her lashes was perfectly long enough for a lash lift. She was so happy with her lash lift. When a client asks for a specific service you do just that for them. Unless you feel that it wouldn't work then inform them 1st. My next client here asked me for a Full Classic since it's her 1st time. I told her next time she comes in we can fill in with some volume so she can have a slight fuller look and feel the difference.
