Bath Salts are made from Epsom salts, vitamin E & essential oils.
Epsom salt is good to relieve aching muscles, relaxes the nervous system, draws toxins from the body, improves immune systems, and reduces stress. Just plain epsom salt!!

I add a mixture of essential oils to soften skin, open airways & clears sinuses, increases concentration, even helps with nausea & headaches.

This is my go-to whenever my teenagers are hurting from growth spurts, have headaches (even migraines!), allergy troubles, or nauseous.

Softly scented with vanilla and sandalwood, and enriched with Vitamin E, this scrub leaves your skin soft and your mind soothed. Crushed rose petals add a gentle aroma and fun flecks of color.

Can be used at the sink on your hands, or in the shower on 100% of your body!!

Caution: this can leave your shower floor slick. Please rinse the floor thoroughly with warm water after use to prevent slips!

Coffee has been used in skincare to tighten cellulite and stimulate new skin growth, brighten skin, and reduce inflammation. Caffeine in skincare products can increase blood flow which helps heal blemishes. And, it smells great!!!

HEALING & RECOVERY is a blend of peppermint, eucalyptus, lemon, rosemary, & cinnamon essential oils.
To use, dump half-to-one package of salts in a bathtub of warm water. As the salts dissolve, it will release it aromatic properties. The salts also helps muscles relax and Vitamin E can soften the skin.

Great for post-workout recovery, to relieve headaches & clear sinuses, & softening of skin.

Shower Fizzies - $4 for a pkg of 3
BREATHE is a blend of eucalyptus, peppermint, lemon, rosemary, and cinnamon scents.
To use, please one fizzy in your shower floor, out of the direct spray of the water. As the fizzy gets wet, it will slowly melt away and release it aromatic properties.
