Today was a day that just didn’t quit.

It’s pretty hard to get me down at this stage in life, but I’m human. It started this morning and- all day long, it compounded.

Thankful for friends who let me crash their
Hot tub while they’re out of town so I can sit with myself for an hour and cry in the rain to get it all out.

It worked. I’m better now.🙃🫶🏼🤗

Throughout the 17 years I’ve been a mama, there have been many times I’ve put off cutting my sweet boys’ hair during the hustle and bustle of our busy days.

With the realization of this being our final summer before this one spreads his wings into adulthood, never again will I take for granted such a sweet opportunity to spend time connecting and getting to know the hearts of my sweet little gents.
