I wanted to hop in here to give some updates!
Last week was actually WEEK 5 for those that hopped in the challenge that began on March 3rd. Time flew by! We had a great time in the 5 weeks and according to feedback everyone has learned so much and are seeing/feeling the results!
I've encouraged all my currents to gather their friends for these next challenges and would also love to see all your beautiful faces too!

April 9th: This will be a 12 day challenge with a money pot! I like to introduce this challenge as almost a WARM UP as the nutrition tips will teach and prepare you with the basics for the 5 week challenge. Don't let my wording discourage you though, this is for beginners and experts alike! The daily workouts in this challenge range from 5-15mins each and the daily posts include nutrition tips! (Ps, I personally record the workouts that are posted for this challenge) If you check-in every single day on the daily posts, you get entered into a drawing to win from the money pot!
