5. Walking on eggshells. I deserve relationships where honesty feels safe.

6. Sacrificing my needs to please others. Giving should not require losing myself.

7. Overthinking the past, present or future. I will learn from yesterday, live today, and meet tomorrow when it comes.

8. Giving my power to others’ opinions. Their judgment does not define my worth.

9. Neglecting my own happiness. Caring for others matters, but so does caring for myself.
