Ella May has made her first batch of many sourdough bread. 2 plain and 1 Italian for lasagna.
The bread is still cooling but I’m excited to try it!
I also made enchiladas!
All this while listening to my counseling course.

Such a busy weekend with Girl Scouts and friends! Saturday was world thinking day, where the girls learned all about Mexico. Then we had cookie booth with our fierce leaders. Then Sunday we did some door to door selling and then onto cookie booth at Sam’s club.
LilyAnna still hasn’t reached her goal but there is always still time to have cookies locally delivered or shipped.
