Public Service Announcement:

Per the Intake forms that every new client signs prior to receiving a massage, I must remind you all...any no call/no shows will still be charged the full amount for their scheduled massage.
When I fill those time slots I am counting on my clients being there and fulfilling the contract agreement they signed. If I didn’t charge for no call/no shows, I would be forfeiting $85 per hour. $85 I could have made by putting someone else that time slot.
This has only happened twice, but I confirm all appointments with my clients, so it should never happen at all. I only require 24 hours notice if you must cancel. Thank you all for your understanding.
