When retailers started carrying ‘professional’ products, I stopped selling in salons. I remember when salon retail was a huge part of our business model.

Just a small recap of 2025. So grateful of the growth and the faithful few who have entrusted me with their loc care. . When you spend 2.5 - 4 hrs per client, 650 transactions can be a lot for 1 person. Nonetheless, God allowed me to serve.

Sometimes it’s painful having to turn people away or place them on a Waitlist until space is made available.

When clients choose you to them, it should be taken as an honor and a privilege and not a right. Servicing over 60 clients in a few weeks, when you spend hours with each client (very little to no overlap) may not seem like a lot to some…but the quality time and value that is put into each one is important…because each IS important.
