How to support your adrenals:

*Sleep: When we sleep, our bodies detox & heal best. Adequate sleep & resetting circadian rhythms is a key part of supporting whole body health.

*Low Intensity Workouts: when we do high intensity workouts, it triggers the adrenals and drains them further. Low intensity workouts don’t tax the adrenals and still get your body moving.

3) Caffeine actively drains adrenals. ‘Nuff said. This is why an old remedy for kids with ADHD was to give them coffee. They aren’t calming down, they are responding to the drain on their adrenal glands.

4) Cutting processed foods cuts sugar and hormone harming chemicals from your system. It allows your adrenals to heal faster. The Golden Milk recipe is a fabulous immunity and adrenal support comfort drink.

Did you know? If you use a bar of soap per person per month, it’s important to find one with natural ingredients.

1- Most soaps you find on the market use chemical fragrances. Fragrance oil has been linked to cancer in a number of studies. This is why we chose to use only essential oils.

2- Many companies rely upon Palm Oil to increase soap lather. It’s an excellent, clean ingredient but very hard to ethically source. This is why you won’t find palm oil in any of our bars. We utilize castor or canola oils, which are much easier to ethically source instead.
