So far this year, I’ve been able to experience opportunities that have challenged and inspired me. ✨

From becoming ultrasound certified, to being invited to attend a Merz event in Napa to learn more about regenerative treatments, to supporting and reconnecting with friends in this industry—each experience has made me a better injector, business owner, and person.

So grateful for the growth, the connections, and the chance to keep learning. 🤍

Owning a business will teach you things nobody really prepares you for.

It will humble you, sharpen you, stretch you, and force you to grow.
It will show you what actually matters and how much you’re truly capable of handling.

Some seasons feel heavy while you’re in them, but later you realize they were building the strength, wisdom, and discernment you needed next.

The biggest thing I’ve learned?
Building a business doesn’t just change your life… it changes you.

And honestly, I’m grateful for all of it. 🤍

This is the perfect representation of what it’s like in my brain…. It looks like an absolute mess of so much stuff. But each item is valuable and has a purpose and when you put it all together and focus it towards a goal, the result is beautiful!!! ❤️
