Carmen Studios Waxing Tulsa

I have an Esthetician, Massage or Makeup room in Midtown Tulsa I would like to offer as a co-lease. It is inside the Southeast Medical Center. It is fully furnished for taking clients for body work or wax/skincare/lashes/Sugaring.
We have an Athena brand table. Antique closet for boho look to store cloths and supplies. Heat/ Sanitizing UV cabinet. Towels are provided with laundry for extra $40/week.
Makeup station w/pump chair and mirror, waxing area, table, with magnifying lamps and steamer with a mini fridge and air fryer. The cleaning duties would be shared. Facilities are those of the Medical Center. I keep an herbal apothecary cabinet that Is off limits. I also use this cabinet for a candle pouring hobby.
Days room is Available:
Sunday:All Day.
Monday:All Day.
Tuesday: Until 5pm.
Wednesday:After 6pm
Saturdays: after 2pm. $120-150(with laundry & trash service)

3 month trial Lease with $300 cash room deposit( will be returned at end of 90 day trial lease period and can be broken into 3 x $100/week payments.) I am easy going, yet very professional and expect the same. I do not want a situation where I am asking you to pay your rent, it is due every Tuesday by 10am. No questions or excuses. Tag people who apply.
Rent would be $120/week.
