most skin issues don’t come from doing too little.
they come from doing too much.
a lot of irritation, dryness, or random breakouts can happen when too many actives are layered together or used too often. even good ingredients can overwhelm the skin if the routine isn’t simple.
a solid foundation usually looks like this:
morning
🫧 gentle cleanse
🍊 vitamin c
💧 moisturizer
☀️ spf
night

actives can be helpful, but they’re not one size fits all. what works for one person might be too much for another, which is why spacing them out and introducing them intentionally matters.
healthy skin starts with consistency, not complexity.
