⭐ Late Policy
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule and a $25 fee will apply (unless communicated).

⭐ Cancellations & No-Shows
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice = 50% service fee
• No-shows = 100% service charge

⭐ Deposits
A $50 deposit is required to secure all full set appointments. Appointments without deposits will not be held.

⭐ Refunds
There are no refunds on any lash or tanning services. You’re paying for my time, products, and the experience I provide.
