DID YOU KNOW?

The Emergency Food program provides nutritious food to
families and individuals that meet 250% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines). Food boxes are structured for the
family size and consist of USDA food commodities, donated
food and bread products from our Salvage. The commodities
are purchased with the U.S. Department of Agriculture funding and as an eligible distribution site receive some free
‘Bonus Loads’.

In addition to food boxes SCCAP distributed,
we also provide USDA food directly to 19 food pantries &
soup kitchens at no fee for service, and coordinate services
with other service providers and churches. We act as the
clearing house for many organizations, and are the first point
of contact for the majority of the low-income citizens of South
Central Idaho. We actively participate in community food
drives and encourage food drives on our behalf.

Come support are 17th Annual Empty Bowls Dinner & Fundraiser Friday April 24th, 2026 at Twin Falls County Fairgrounds. Live music Entertainment! Silent Auction, Desert Dash, and Raffles. 100% of proceeds go to fight Hunger!
