Hello friends: I just wanted to share an updated product list with you all.
I so enjoy making, and sharing my love for, quality plant based skin and body care products inspired by nature, and do my best to keep everything reasonably priced so that everyone has an opportunity to buy them. I only use essential oils, never fragrance oils, and use organic ingredients as much as possible.
Should any of you need custom made products, please let me know. I have made tiny bar soaps for wedding and baby shower party favor gifts; if you have a special occasion coming up in your life and are interested, please feel free to reach out to me.
I haven't posted in a long time so I'd like to reintroduce myself and my products.
My plight for creating and making homemade skin care products, began when my now adult daughters were just young toddlers. After I had kids, I noticed that my skin became very sensitive and easily irritated when washing it with my usual products. I was randomly given a book in the 1980's on how to how to make various things and soap was one of those things. I began doing research on how to make my own soap (mind you, this was back in the early 1990's, long before the craze of making soap from scratch and before melt and pour soaps). I started soap making rendering tallow in the garage (yuck) on a propane stove. Gradually, I became really interested in making my soap from plant based ingredients. Now, all of my soaps are plant based and include essential oils, rather than synthetic fragrances. Over many, many years, and doing more and more research, I became very concerned about some of the ingredients that our skin and hair care products contained; this concern guided me into also creating my own skin and hair care products. Happily, I am now at a point in my life, where I would love to share my creations with you. Thank you to my family, friends and co-workers, for your willingness to be my testers.

My collection of body and skin care products include: soaps (of course), cream soap, body scrubs, lotions (many), body creams, bath salts, bath bombs, foot care, hair cleansing bars, facial serum and facial lotion, face mask powders, lip balms, lotion bars. At this point, I feel like there is nothing that I can't make !
Please keep in mind that since everything is handmade, there may be small imperfections, appearance fluctuations, & differences between batches.

Our Story
The birth of my handcrafted soaps started in 1995, when after having my two girls my skin became very sensitive, and I was unable to use commercial products. I started learning about the soap making process, and initially used tallow, rendering it myself in my garage (not pleasant). Over the years, and along my soap making adventures, I have learned which oils are beneficial for skin, including using only essential oils. My recipes have evolved into using plant based ingredients, literally inspired by nature. It has been a very rewarding journey handcrafting my soaps, and I have ventured into making other handcrafted body care products for myself and my family, and would love to share then with you.
