Choosing what areas I need to work on as well as being the best mom I can to Wesley! I choose my hard, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything! My battles have been won and I am finally at peace with myself☺️

I let go of something that was controlling me and not allowing me to grow! I experienced so much peace after just letting go of something that was not meant to be!

Summer Bod in Progress 💪🏻

You can’t get results if you don’t put the work in 💪🏻

Almost 4 months after having Wesley and I am almost back to my pre-baby body! It has been a battle to get up and workout but I make it happen! It may be 1-2 times a week but when I do I make it count!

I remind myself that I am doing amazing at being a mom and taking care of myself as well💙 It hasn’t been easy but I am thankful for my trainer, friends and family for keeping me accountable☺️

Ready to get new results going into February ❤️ May be a slow start back due to us having Covid; however, we can overcome anything thrown at us!!
