I have a lot of ~feelings about the steps I took in my life to arrive here; most of which were negative. However, I've come to realize that every step I've taken - even the ones that lead me down a deep pit of student loan debt - mattered because they all brought me to a point in my life in which I no longer look down at my feet but forward. Two years ago, I thought that maybe there were people in this world that don't get to be happy and that I was one of those people. It wasn't true. I do get to be happy. I just had to work a little harder for it.
