My youngest is graduating high school. So proud and OMFG my baby! This is it! Last munchkin. Wow. 🤩😭 So many emotions.
I’ve been getting out dancing and living life again. So thankful to be healed and back in action. 🙌🏼
Grateful! I’m very very grateful these days. 🫶🏼

My awesome curl friends from April 💕
I feel so lucky to be able to share my craft and bring these gorgeous curls to life. Sharing simple routines, using super light products, and showing them how to style their curls how THEY want to see them.
I ask if they want more definition or if they like their hair to be big and fluffy. To think that everybody wants the same kind defined curl is just not true.
Some curlies have low density and will look like they have five curls on their head if you make their curls too defined.
Others want to avoid shrinkage and the hair getting too curly.
I can teach both by tweaking products and using different techniques when styling.
It’s time to do a class on styling curls multiple ways! Who’s in?

I Create Volume
Refreshing curly hair in humidity (Florida edition)
If your curls fall flat, frizz out, or won’t hold shape… this is why.
Curly hair behaves differently in dry climates vs humid ones.
What works on the West Coast does not work here.
I don’t rely on “perfect sleep hair.”
I wet refresh so I can get consistent results all week.
WASH DAY
• Pea size Hairstory Balm
• Quarter size I Create Volume (Innersense)
• 3 droppers Cult & King Jelly
REFRESH DAYS
• 2–3 droppers Cult & King Jelly
That’s it. Not a lot of product.
This routine works best for softer, finer textures.
If your hair is coarse or more dense, I would remove the Jelly and adjust from there.
If your hair feels too soft, flat, or won’t hold shape…
you’re probably using too much—especially creams.
Humidity + soft hair = collapse
