One thing that makes our company different is our design-build process.

Rather than having one person design a project and someone else figure out how to build it, the leaders of each trade—including carpentry, hardscaping, concrete, and other specialty disciplines—are involved in the design process from the very beginning. Their real-world construction experience helps us engineer better solutions, improve budgeting accuracy, and eliminate surprises before construction ever begins.

For larger and more complex projects, we also collaborate with some of the Kansas City area's most respected architects and engineers, including KC Architecture and internationally recognized architect Thomas P. McDonough. That collaboration allows us to deliver sophisticated outdoor living environments that are not only beautiful, but thoughtfully engineered and built to stand the test of time.
