Sheet pan meal, but make it restaurant quality! 🤌

We tried Giada's viral Sheet Pan Lasagna, and let's just say, the sheet pan is here to stay! This take features hearty spinach, artichokes, and THREE different kinds of cheese! 🤤 Get the recipe down below or in the comments

Ingredients:
16 oz lasagna noodles, broken into large pieces
1 Tbsp olive oil + more for drizzling
2 cloves minced garlic
8 C fresh spinach, divided
3/4 C ricotta cheese
salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 C grated Parmesan, divided
1 lb Italian sausage, casings removed
1 (14 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 1/2 C heavy cream
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes, or to taste (optional)
1 1/2 C shredded mozzarella, divided
chopped fresh basil or parsley, for garnish

Directions:
Bring a pot of salted water to boil; add lasagna noodles and cook for 4-5 minutes. Drain, add 1 tablespoon olive oil to the lasagna pot or in a large bowl, and set aside.
Drizzle oil in a large skillet; place over medium heat and sauté garlic for 30 secs. Add 2 C spinach and cook until just wilted, about 3 mins. Remove from the pan and roughly chop spinach; add to a small bowl and stir in ricotta and 1/4 C Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
Cook sausage in the same skillet over medium until browned and cooked through, breaking it into crumbles, about 5 mins. Add artichokes and sauté for 2-3 mins. Pour in cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Simmer until slightly thickened, 2-3 mins, then stir in remaining spinach and cook until just wilted.
Pour sausage mixture into lasagna noodles. Stir in 1/2 C Parmesan and half of mozzarella. Mix until cheese is melted and lasagna noodles are fully coated.
Preheat the oven to 425 F. Lightly grease a 18x13 baking sheet or 9x13 baking dish.
Spread pasta mixture evenly across the prepared pan. Dollop ricotta-spinach mixture over the top. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly across the entire surface.
Bake in the oven until bubbling and golden, 15-20 mins. Let cool slightly and garnish with fresh herbs.
