Hello Everyone! I hope that this manic Monday has started off with a bang for you that each of you have a wonderful and purpose filled day! As promised, here are some excerpts from my book:
..It may sound familiar because you may have walked in my shoes and as an adult today, you've had the chance to look back over your life (I hope) to take stock of your successes and inevitable failures. Most of my failures were product of five major relationship that influenced my decisions and behaviors. These relationships ... were developed at the beginning of my life....
..I was about 4 years....At some point after being released, he came to see me, but it wasn't immediately. My mother was upset....they exchanged words....once my mother gets wound up, it takes an act of Congress to settle her down....
..I opened up with this to say that whoever we are or have become really does stem from our chldhood and not just the good memores, but even the bad and horric ones....
..When my father returned me to my mother [later that evening], I did not see him again for another 5 years. At some point...my mom started dating this guy....she asked [him] to watch me while she ran ... to get a few items [she knew her little girl was tired]....he began to play with me for a little bit...thereafter the tides turned....He laid me down on the coach...and began to rub my private area....
