There’s not enough characters in an Instagram post to describe what the past 5 years in this industry has looked like for me but I’m going to do my best to sum it up

*cue the tears*

First off let me say how incredibly proud I am of myself for reaching this milestone

I always knew I had what it took to become a successful stylist, but to say that getting there without resilience and adversity would be an understatement

I’ve lived in broke, struggle, and defeat…and not being successful has never once been an option for me

The very first dollar I made went straight back into my education

I have always been passionate about learning more, offering more, becoming more!

And over the past 5 years I can confidently say that I have worked my hardest to become the best stylist all around for each and every person that sits in my chair, and I will continue to do so.

To every person that has supported me wether it be offering me an opportunity, letting me use you as a guinea pig, everyone that has collaborated with me, and especially the ones that have been there from the jump. The ones that I’ve gotten to experience life with. The engagements, the weddings, the babies, the deaths, the diagnosis. Thank you for believing in me and choosing me as your stylist.

Ever since I was in hair school far enough into the program to start taking clients I always took the clients everyone else was intimidated by — the color corrections, botched haircuts, the less than ideal projects

From the jump I wanted to challenge myself and get the ultimate learning experience

5 years later…not much has changed

When Bryce first came to me a little over a year and a half ago her hair was broken off above her ears

I wanted to be able to offer her something that would allow her to feel like herself again

Each and every install has been a challenge to say the least

But with each install and method her hair has healed and we have gotten closer and closer to her dream hair
