Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-show instances, will incur a rebooking fee of 50% of the missed service cost. This fee must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments. We understand emergencies happen. Please reach out as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate on a case-by-case basis.
