My Story

A.S. Aesthetics was born in my heart late 2018. It was right after one of the worst years of my life. A year the universe was really trying to "wake me up" to my full potential. Fortunately, I grasped the message and jumped on an intricate train I didn't even know existed within me. I went after that ONE thing that set my heart on fire, Aesthetics; and launched my small business in March 2019 in Valdosta, GA.

Amidst my 23 year old self trying to figure out "business", how to build a brand + clientele and balancing 3 jobs just to stay afloat, I found myself continuously evolving as an individual as well. I found a whole new level of love for Art. I found abilities, skills, talents, strengths & weaknesses about myself. These self-discoveries allowed me to furthermore devote every being of my energy + heart to my tiny biz. I started becoming more aware, that it wasn't just about the brows, lashes or skin. It was about making women look and feel good. It was about empowering women. It was about providing a space for authentic, good-vibes and trust with someone who really does have your best interest.

My small business soon became a "big deal" in Valdosta. My skills spread like wildfire. I started getting busier & busier; I quit my corporate job after 8 months, my other job after another 4 months and was rocking it full-time. I was nominated for Best Esthetician of South GA in my first year of business. It’s crazy I almost let fear stop me, but instead I plowed through and discovered myself in ways I never would have. I've climbed my own mountains and planted my own seeds for growth. Now, I want to help others do the same. The best is truly yet to come, I can't wait to watch my full potential keep unraveling.
