It's so hard to say goodbye.

I still can't believe this is actually happening. I thought we had a few more weeks but COVID had other plans. I'm sad I can't give each and every one of you a giant hug and thank you for all the amazing conversations and memories. I have truly loved doing each and every one of yours' hair and doing life with you. You have all touched my heart in some way or another and I plan to keep in touch through emails, calls and texts. This isn't goodbye, just see you later!

I know most of you have asked, "Who do I go to now?". I'll list some contacts below but my best advice is if you see someone in public and like their hair, ask who does it. Look for women with a similar skin tone to yours. Ask your friends on social media who they go to and look up local salons in your area to see if they have a website or social media with client pictures. There are so many amazing hairstylists and I know you'll find the perfect one. If you would like your formula please text me and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. Call around to the stylists below and get a feel for their personalities and pricing. Change can be scary but a fresh start in the upcoming year will be exactly what everyone needs! Please send me pictures and show off your new hair! I can't wait to see it!

Finally!!!!

I just wanted to send a quick update...

Thank you everyone for being so patient! As most of you know, salons can re-open at 25% capacity!!! I'm waiting for final approval from my landlord about going back to work. I'm hoping to hear from her tomorrow. As soon as I have more information I will be sending out another email. I can't wait to see you girls and catch up!

I misunderstood the opening regulations and I thought I could re-open indoors. Los Angeles County CANNOT open salons indoors yet. I will send out another email AS SOON I CAN. Again, I am so incredibly sorry!

The salon can re-open!!

Hey Girls!

Just a quick update...

The salon will re-open on:
Monday August 31, 2020

I will be opening my booking website tomorrow:
Saturday August 29, 2020 at 6 pm.

Please hop on and reserve a spot.
I am so excited to see everyone and help you with your hair!!!

I will be following the same procedures as before; text from your car, over the phone questionnaire, temperature checks, mandatory masks that loop over your ears and cover your mouth/nose and cleaning between each guest.

Thank you so much for being so patient and understanding during this new uncharted territory. I am halfway through being caught up on guests and still have openings for appointments in mid/end of July.


My booking system allows for a rolling 30 days of booking so I won't need to open my books every 1st of the month as originally stated. This means you can hop on 30 days before you need to get in and book your appointment any day of the week! Because I'm only booking out 4 weeks in advance, my schedule will fill up much quicker than before. Make sure you set a reminder in your phone 30 days before you need an appointment so you can log in and get on my books. As always, if you have questions please email me.

UPDATES ON UPCOMING APPOINTMENTS AND HOW TO BOOK IN THE FUTURE...

AND A HUGE THANK YOU FOR BEING SO PATIENT!

June only has a few more weeks and I'm going to start booking my July appointments. If you said you were flexible or could wait until July, I cannot thank you enough!! Each of you will be assigned an appointment time and then on July 1st, my booking website will be re-opened to book yourself like before. If you can't keep your assigned appointment, please cancel it or reach out to me (or both) so I can get you in with another time that works. Everyone who filled out the survey, and hasn't had an appointment yet, should receive a text and email in the next few days with their future appointment date and time.

I don't want to get ahead of myself, so the first of each month I will open my books for only that current month. So July 1st my books will re-open and when you log in, you can only book until July 31st. I highly suggest you try and get on the booking website that day to ensure your appointment. With rumors of a second Covid-19 wave and the uncertainty of where we are today, it only makes sense to not book too far out in case I need to close again.

TUES/THURS 5pm - 9pm
MON/ WED (by request only) 5pm - 9pm
SAT/ SUN 9am-8pm

I debated being a stay at home mom during quarantine but I’d miss this too much!

YOU. MUST. WEAR. A. MASK.

I have a family who needs to stay healthy. I have friends who need to stay healthy. I have clients with compromised immune systems and they need to stay healthy. This is not optional. Do I want to wear a mask for 12 hours straight? No. Does my face get hot and sweaty? Yes. Is it fair? No.

But Trish, "I" don't really have to right? -Sorry, you do.
But no one else is here right now. -Sorry, you do.
Can we just open the door? Sure, but you still need a mask on.

I want my salon to be a space where people can come and relax (in their mask) knowing that its clean and I've done my best to protect everyone.

Could you still get sick? Sure. But if everyone does their part, it'll lessen the chances.

Yup. You read that correctly! I can (FINALLY!) resume business at the salon, following new guidelines and recommendations per the California Department of Public Health. There was no good way to reschedule everyone so I made it as fair as humanly possible. Based on the surveys, I plugged you into a time and day that you said was best for your schedule. I will be entering you into my booking system so that you will receive a text message and email confirmation with your appointment day and time. If that doesn't work for you, please reach out to me ASAP. I am doing my very best to get everyone in as quickly as possible.
