I feel lucky to have many people in my life that make me laugh, but two of my favorite people that have been in my life always, my mom and my cousin Teresa ā¤ļø. They make me laugh because they bring joy and good energy wherever they goā¦..and they workout with mešš¼āāļøš¤Ŗ.

I love that I can train my clients in their back yard! rocked her workout this morning, burning over 500 calories in less than an hour!
Itās pretty awesome that we can train together while we are apart:)

Todayās addition is to set your wake up time for the rest of th challenge. Commit to a time that you will wake up every day, even on the days that you have nothing planned for the next day.
Donāt let your day slip away! Get up early and be productive.
