This week at GoTribe we are taking some time to get to know one another a little better. Here’s a question to think about and share….Who makes you laugh, and why?

I feel lucky to have many people in my life that make me laugh, but two of my favorite people that have been in my life always, my mom and my cousin Teresa ā¤ļø. They make me laugh because they bring joy and good energy wherever they go…..and they workout with mešŸ‹šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļøšŸ¤Ŗ.

I love that I can train my clients in their back yard! rocked her workout this morning, burning over 500 calories in less than an hour!
It’s pretty awesome that we can train together while we are apart:)

We have now committed to working out daily, logging all of our food and setting a bedtime.How have you been doing so far?
Today’s addition is to set your wake up time for the rest of th challenge. Commit to a time that you will wake up every day, even on the days that you have nothing planned for the next day.
Don’t let your day slip away! Get up early and be productive.
