Remember when you are making yourself healthier that you are doing it for YOU not THEM.

I’ve have spoke to some friends and experience it for myself that your loved ones, S/O, friends or someone you like doesn’t want you to change.

I’ve had guys who told me that they liked my curves which is just extra weight on me. Which I don’t like and don’t feel good with the extra weight.

I’ve been working out 4-5 times a week. And I’ve notice changes for the better. I’m losing my “curves”.

But this journey is for ME not THEM. I’m sure these same people will tell me how wrong I was to change and how they liked my “curves” well I didn’t and I wanted to be healthier for ME not THEM.

I’m still the same person just little less “curves”

This past Saturday January 20th I went out in the snow ❄️ and supported my favorite meal company at Lean Kitchen Co NWI I love talking to the owners Justin and his wife Adriana. I also was able to meet with Kara Webb who owns
MadDog Fitness . And I did win a gift card.

I share this place since I’m obsessed with them. Thier food is amazing they have 1st Phorm supplements which you all know I’m a die hard fan of!
