I have to share a review of a great experience I had recently.

If you didn't already know, I'm a booked Massage Therapist and esthetician. I also have fibromyalgia. I haven't had a bad flare up since 2017, until yesterday.

I was getting ready to leave for work. I picked up my full bag of clean linens, turned to the side and stood up straight. Kind of because my low back ceased.

Thankfully, I had my son, Ayden at home and he helped me get on my bed. He used my percussion gun but things just kept getting worse. I could barely move. I was in tears. I knew it was serious. It felt like a nerve impingement.

I had to cancel all my clients for the day.

I called the Chiropractor who my daughters had been seeing, Dr. Larry Bain. They squeezed me in on his lunch break.

Ayden basically had to be my crutches and carry me in.

Dr. Bain isn't one of those Chiropractors who just pops your back and neck and sends you on your way. He took the time to assess me. He knew by my symptoms and limited range of motions what it was. He then used gentle manipulation techniques and talked me through everything he was going to do and was doing. He told me it was either a compressed disc or a herniated disc of L4/ L5. I left with a back brace. His wife, who works the front desk, let me use her walker to get to the car. They scheduled me to come back again today.

Last night at about 8pm he called me from his personal phone to check on me. I was already asleep but he left a kind message.

I woke up this morning with increased mobility. He was able to do a small adjustment of my SI joint today. I'm going back in tomorrow. But, I am already able to get out of bed unassisted!

The cool thing is, Dr. Bain helped me not knowing if my insurance will pay for it or not. Supposedly my insurance now pays for chiropractic but we're not certain. Rather than waiting to find out, like most providers, he just helped me regardless. He did say that he hasn't seen someone in that much pain in years, but he didn't know that before he chose to help me.

I am so thankful for Dr. Bain. I highly recommend him if you're needing chiropractic assistance. He treats the whole body, takes time to understand your needs and he treats his clients with great skill and expertise.

I've been referring my clients to him since I discovered his work when I took my daughters to him a few months ago. They're very anxious about being touched by people other than mom but they felt comfortable with him.
