I know a lot of you who don't use insurance are watching your pennies and stretching out the time between massages, but aren't always sure how your body will hold up in between. This is meant to help! Knowing which products work for you can make a real difference in how you feel while you wait for your next appointment — and honestly, it can save you money in the long run by helping you stay comfortable longer between sessions.

June is almost a wrap, which means a brand new product of the month is on the way for July! 🎉

Quick but important reminder! 📲

You'll always get a text and email reminder the day before your appointment — please double-check your time when it comes through, and reach out ASAP if something's off or you need to reschedule.

I've had a noticeable uptick in no-shows and people arriving at the wrong time lately, so here's the policy moving forward: you get one warning for a no-show or same-day cancellation. After that, it's a 100% charge for the missed service.

To be clear — I cannot and will not bill your insurance for a missed appointment. That's against the law, and if a client asks me to do that, I'll end our working relationship immediately, no exceptions.

I get it, summer throws everyone's routine off. But since reminders and confirmations come straight to you ahead of time, reaching out before that 24-hour mark shouldn't be a big lift. There are always case-by-case exceptions for genuine emergencies, but it can't be the default.

As a small business owner, I don't get paid when this happens — and I'm the main breadwinner for my family. I love every one of my clients, and I really don't enjoy having to post this. But every so often it's a reminder worth repeating. 💛
