We are just finishing week three and we are still in our first developmental stage of the season.
Our first micro-cycle focuses on the benefits of loaded movement training. Loaded movement training is a fantastic way to incorporate all the vital systems within the body (muscular, skeletal, fascial, nervous, integumental etc.) through full body integrated movements. The more instinctual integration we create within our movements, the greater our dynamic stability, functional strength, coordination, agility, mobility, and balance. We are gearing up for our Mid-Season Challenge on day one of Week 5!
