Loyal VBC clients: As of today we implemented having to put a credit or debit card on file to book an appointment for a service with us. Your card will not be charged unless you no show no call, or don't cancel with the appropriate amount of time leading up to your appointment time. We don't mean to cause any inconvenience to anyone, but the increasing number of cancelations and no shows have given us no other choice. No showing doesn't allow us the opportunity to service another client in that time slot, making us miss out on an opportunity to make money. As well as showing up more then 10 minutes late, pushed all of our appointments back not allowing us the appropriate amount of time to give the service quality we strive for. Once again, this isn't to cause any inconvenience, but to really make sure, before booking, that you are able to make that appointment time. Thanks for your understanding and we always can't wait to see you in the shop! -VBC crew
