This is yet another reason why I will forever LOVE and fly Alaska Airlines! After my son was asking about all the red lights in the sky the other night on our drive home and we end up going into a lesson about airplanes and how they communicate and the different tools they use so they can get everyone safely where they need to go, then on our flight tonight as we were boarding and I pointed out all of the controls and buttons and connecting to our conversation the other night and bring everything full circle for him. The flight attendants noticed and Owen was graciously invited to meet, take a photo with and talk to the Pilots, they took the time to explain what different buttons mean and do and made my sons night on an already really exciting trip. They could’ve just taken a picture and sent him back to his seat, but they were so kind and took interest in him and asked him questions about his trip and then let him ask questions about the different controls and buttons and answered all his questions. Owen even earned his official Alaska wings tonight which he was also super excited about. Thank you for taking the time to make my sons night! ✈️
