JUNE IS HERE AND WE’VE GOT A CHALLENGE FOR YOU!

In the final push to summer, we have set a goal for you to make those consistent, effective, intense workouts a little bit more manageable for your life 🔥

We’ve edited the timetable - and dropped the workouts durations down for this month - to a combination of 30 minute workouts and 15 minute finishers 💥

Your goal: 6 X 30 MINUTE WORKOUTS A WEEK 📍

Our goal: to make the 30 minutes count so you work AS HARD as usual, but in a smaller more manageable time frame 🤝

Do not get this confused, this will not be any easier. This challenge means more compact workouts, which means less rest and as many super sets as we usually do but in a shorter time period! 💦

DO YOU THINK YOU CAN DO IT!?

We will be setting 30 minute timers during our classes to make sure that every single one of those minutes are used to maximum effect. And we need you to keep up with the trainers.

So who’s ready? These last 6 weeks COUNT. They make all the difference. If you really knuckle down now we promise you will see the changes by summer holidays. So LETS GO 🔥🔥🔥

We are challenging you to lock in for the next 6 weeks and complete 6 x 30 minute workouts a week! 🗓️

A simple goal - a realistic goal - but the workouts will be even more jam packed and efficient to make sure you get maximum results in minimal time 👏

We are playing around with our live workouts this June for a 6 week challenge up until the summer holiday - more 30 minute blasts, making it easier to schedule the time and get that work in and stay consistent throughout the week! 🔥

This doesn’t mean you’re working any less it just means that we are going to be working harder and more efficiently with the time we have 💦

So join us as we kick off the new month with a challenge we can all keep ourselves consistent in 🙌

We hope you’ve all had the most amazing bank holiday weekend - what a start to the half term! 🔥

Just a quick heads up that before we get back to regular training…. Tomorrow morning is going to g head to head with for a 45 minute, trainer vs trainer bank holiday workout 🥳 so make sure you set your alarms and join us for a sweat session before you head off into the sunshine ☀️

Have a browse through the rest of the workouts - regular scheduling resumes on Tuesday with live workouts but of course all expected pre-records will drop by 6am tomorrow 🫶

✨ Pin squats: help your body adapt to heavier weights
✨ Split squats: build strength and stability without needing to go super heavy
✨ Box squats: great for improving depth and control
