Think about this:
People can’t give you what they can’t give themselves.
If someone is angry, mean, cold, or lacks empathy… it’s not always about you.

How heavy it must feel to carry that inside. Deep down, they’re likely hurting — maybe even hating themselves.

What a sad way to move through the world.

This perspective has helped me so much with difficult relationships.

“They know not what they do.”

So I send them compassion and love… from a distance. Energetically. Spiritually. While still protecting my own peace and heart.

It makes letting go a little easier.

My wish? That we all start seeing each other with softer eyes. Eyes full of understanding and compassion.

Because we’re all fighting battles others know nothing about. 💛
