This workout nearly killed me! But ending week 2 of the Joseph Pilates Challenge strong! This is a super advanced workout on from called “Platinum Card Reformer”. *Warning* Not for the faint of heart (or abs) but I wanted a strong kick in the pants at the end of the week😊💪🏻🙌🏻😓 My other two workouts this week were reformer with Ilaria on her platform and a solid all-level mat class with 🙏🏻🙏🏻Thank you Kathi, Ilaria and Shari❤️ All this focused Pilates coupled with walking and biking, Is making my body stronger and more supple by the day!
