Mask or No Mask?

Entering March there are a lot of changes being made. Amongst those changes, the mask mandate has been lifted!

Since Lash'd is a small business we still would like to maintain some control, but also give you the choice.

As far as common area/waiting for service you can choose to wear or not to wear your mask. But once your service starts, we ask for you to continue wearing your mask. Considering how close we are with every service we feel it is the safest!

Hair removal, facial, and makeup services that involve the entire face, we will continue to not wear the mask during those specific services.

Policy Updates

Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment! Not doing so will result in being charged 50% of the services previously booked.

Things happen! BUT please let us know as soon as possible if it interferes with your appointment. IF you are 5-10 minutes late, please let us know, so we can keep your slot open. If you exceed 15 minutes into your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your services booked.

With a new year comes new changes!

In order to continue providing you with the quality services you have come to expect from LASH’D, we will be raising our service prices to reflect the industry standard.

Due to the global pandemic, the service industry's economic and market conditions has drastically changed. Considering the increased pricing of supplies, in order for us to be able to adapt to these challenges, there will be a slight price adjustment for a few services. This change will go into effect
Tuesday March 1st , 2022.

These modest price increases will allow us to continue providing the same level of service; without compromising quality, accessibility, or amenities.

As a thank you to our loyal clients, who have been apart of the LASH’D family since the beginning we will be offering a “Day1” discount for the month of March to show appreciation for your continued support and business!

Referrals -Make sure to let us know if you have referred any new clients for a full set of lashes; $10 will be taken off any $60 or more service at your next appointment!

Classic Full Set: $185
Hybrid/Volume Full Set: $250

Fill Prices will now be based off of how long you have gone between appointments

Classic 2 week Fill: $75
Classic 3 week Fill: $95
Classic 4 week Fill: $120
Hybrid/Volume 2 week Fill: $85
Hybrid/Volume 3 week Fill: $105
Hybrid/Volume 4 week Fill: $130

Natural Lash Enhancement Price Increases:
Lash Lift: $100

If the wrong service has been selected during online booking, your appointment will be corrected accordingly.

We're reopening. Here's what you need to know...

LASH'D is thrilled to be reopening on Monday, June 1st, but we also understand that these are uncertain times. The health and safety of our clients and staff is our upmost priority. It is with this in mind, that LASH'D will be implementing the following new protocols...

1. Masks will be required at all times for staff and clients.

2. Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your appointment time.

3. Please come alone to your appointment.
Additional guests will not be allowed at this time.

4. Hand washing is mandatory upon arrival.
Hand sanitizer will also be available.

5. If you are feeling unwell, please cancel/ reschedule your appointment free of charge.

6. We are encouraging credit card payments to limit hand-to-hand cash transactions.

As we appreciate your adherence to these new policies, please know that our commitment to your health and safety extends to our internal processes as well. You can expect our staff to implement the following protocols...

1. Sanitize and clean beds before/after every appointment.
Regularly sanitize all high-touch areas.

2. Mandatory hand washing after every person-to-person interaction.

3. Implementing social distancing policies inside the studio.

An Update from LASH'D

LASH'D is closely monitoring the ongoing Coronavirus outbreak. As the situation continues to change rapidly, our top priority remains the health, safety, and well-being of our clients and staff.

Governer Pritzker has required that all non-essential businesses cease operations until April 8th. We are complying with this mandate, and will not be performing any services until this date. We will be sure to provide updates here as we receive them.

In these unprecedented times, LASH'D is taking decisive action, and implementing the following new protocols to ensure a safe environment for every person entering the LASH'D studio...

- Every client is required to wash/ sanitize their hands upon entering the studio
- Scheduling to allow 20 minutes after every appointment for thorough disinfecting of reception areas, beds, and tools/ supplies
- Clients can not bring guests to appointments
