*Current monthly payments will be deferred to your date of payment in March 2024.
For example, if your payment is deducted on the 16th of every month, payments will begin again on the 16th of March.

*The 30 day notice to place a hold/cancel still applies to monthly payment for March 2024. As in the example above, if your next scheduled payment is March 16, 2024, notice must be given by February 16, 2024. NO EXCEPTIONS

My staff and I want to take a moment to celebrate one of our patients. Connie came to us with a weight of 330lbs. Along with nutritional guidance and bariatric weight loss surgery, Connie has been able to lose 173lbs!!! She is now at her goal weight of 157lbs. That is just the beginning of this. Incredible story though.  During Connie’s bariatric surgery, she had a biopsy done of her stomach and it was found that she had stomach cancer. Not only was she able to lose weight but if she hadn’t had the surgery, she would’ve never known that she had cancer and now she is 100% cancer free!

Ask yourself what's really important and then have the courage to build your home and life around that answer. You don't have to solve your whole life overnight and you don't have to feel ashamed for being where you are.
