I wanted to share some important news with you: I have accepted a new job offer. As a result, I'll be making some changes to my schedule for the remainder of summer.
Starting now, I will be at the salon from 7:45 AM to 12:00 PM. Additionally, I will be opening up Saturdays on a first-come, first-served basis to accommodate your needs.
Once school starts, I will send out my new schedule, so you'll have all the details and can plan ahead. ✨✨

I want to take a moment to discuss my rescheduling and cancellation policy.

Firstly, I have always strived to be lenient and understanding of everyone’s circumstances, I know life can be unpredictable. However, I have recently noticed an increase in last-minute cancellations and rescheduling requests, with almost half of my appointments being affected in the past month.
When these changes occur with less than 24 hours' notice, it leaves me with little opportunity to fill that time slot, which ultimately impacts my ability to support my family.
As much as I value our relationship and appreciate your understanding, I must kindly remind everyone that my services are part of my livelihood. When appointments are missed or changed at the last minute, I have no way to recover that lost income.
Additionally, I’ve received several requests for discounts or options to make payments after services. While I love my job, I want to emphasize that this is my profession, and I have financial responsibilities as well.
As always, I love my clients and love being able to offer the services I do. I just ask that before booking/asking for such things please take my family into consideration 🩷
