I am the owner of LuxuryNails Oakbrook and I just notice about some review in our page about RACISM. I am sorry that I did not make the respond quick enough because I don't check my Facebook usually. Now, I am have something to say.
The phone number who use racist words toward the lady is not our phone number. The phone number that she contacted is 708-466-8333.

There are a lot of Luxury Nails so I totally understanding the misunderstood. We are located in the 17W687 Roosevelt Rd, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181 next to Pete fresh market.

The most important thing I want to say that as you may know, we are Asian who also a victim of racism. We experience the racism more and more during the pandemic. We feel the pain. We know how hurtful it is to have that experience and we never want to hurt anyone. We want to confirm that everyone is welcome at our shop.
