Francis was a treasured member of the A.R.E. community for many decades, generously serving both as a dedicated staff member and a beloved friend to so many. His kindness, commitment, and lasting contributions touched countless lives, and he will be deeply missed.

We invite those whose lives were touched by Francis to join us in celebrating his life.

Fun Friday wellness fact: Edgar Cayce often recommended an old Irish potato poultice for eye irritation and inflammation.

The readings suggested placing grated potato in gauze and applying it over closed eyes for 30 to 60 minutes. The key was to use an old Irish potato, not a new one.
