Kay is a Makeup Artist and Permanent Makeup Artist from the Hampton Roads area. She’s the owner of K. Ja’Bre Artistry located inside of the House of Artistry at 834 W. 45th St, Norfolk, VA 23508.

Kay graduated from The Makeup School by Sarah Rillon in Nov. 2018 & graduated from The PMU Studio of VA in 2021. Kay’s beauty makeup specialization is Tradition Soft Glam but is versed in all styles & needs of makeup from runway & editorial to TV & Film & SFX. In her practice of permanent makeup, Kay’s primary focus is making your brows look perfect!

Kay focuses on making beauty effortless & enhancing your beauty. She customizes the look to you with keeping technique at the forefront ensuring lasting results.
