Per usual, it worked like a charm.

Steal my Sovereign Woman Tea recipe

To a cup of boiled water, add thinly sliced ginger. Cover to steep for 3 mins

To the ginger tea, squeeze and add a few rinsed chopped lemons and manderin oranges. Cover to steep for 2 mins

Once warm, add just a little agave to enhance to sweet side of the palette, stir and enjoy.

Chronic Anemia from years of living in survival mode & energetic hemorrhaging can look like chunks of your hair departing your scalp @ rapid rates.

The lighter areas you see were bald..very bald

Overall hair loss was challenging for me to accept yet, here I was with my locs barely holding on.

I accepted the challenge to come out of survival mode into my Sovereignty

Slowly but surely my hair is filling in and I couldn’t be happier at the process.

I will share more on where I started but for now, I’m extremely thankful and more proud of myself for doing what I needed to do to get on the other side of wellness.
