• Rinse or condition after swimming (sun + chlorine/salt = extra drying)

We’ll now be offering quiet appointments one Monday a month, designed with intention from start to finish.

A personalized questionnaire so we understand your needs and comforts
Time to build trust — no rushing, no pressure
Clear communication and lots of encouragement
Absolutely no restraining, ever
Options for distraction and support during your appointment
Consistency, for those who benefit from routine and desensitization
And access to additional professional support when needed

This is about meeting people where they are and making sure everyone has access to care that feels good.
