Refund Policy
All services are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable. We guarantee no chipping on gel polish, dipping powder, acrylic for 7 days. The salon reserves the right to offer and recommend alternative services if the ones requested are not available. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for services rendered. We are more than happy to re-polish or fix any issues instead.
Reservations
Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number is required at the time of booking for a confirmed appointment if parties of 6 or more. A deposit of a minimum of $50.00 is required at the time of booking for parties of 6 or more. Please arrive 10-minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Late arrivals will only receive the remainder of their scheduled session. If you arrive 10+ minutes late to your scheduled appointment we reserve the right to skip your appointment and serve the next client.
Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates are available in any amount and expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Present your Gift Certificates at time of check-in for service. Gift Certificates have no cash value and are non-refundable and non-transferable. We are not responsible for lost gift cards. The gift recipient is responsible to pay any difference in price for services exceeding the certificate's value.
Cancellation Policy
Kindly provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice for your appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling require 24-hour notice for any singular appointment or service. Parties of 6 or more require 24-hour notice.
General information
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Please inform your technician of any medical conditions (such as if you are diabetic), pregnancy or medications you are taking, or any notable changes since your last treatment.
- You pick your own choice of colors. If you are unhappy with it we will gladly redo it for you after the first coat. But it is not acceptable to be changed without charge when the final coat is completed. There will be an additional charge if you wish to change your color.
- Please take a moment to review your services when the job is done. If you don’t like it, please let our management know that you are unsatisfied BEFORE leaving our salon. Unless covered under our refund policy any changes to your service will require additional payment.
