With so many new faces around here, it feels like the perfect time to reintroduce myself.

I’m Lani—born and raised on Maui, holistic esthetician, educator, and lifelong student of natural healing. For over 20 years, I’ve had the honor of helping people reconnect with themselves through skincare, wellness, and nervous system support.

While most days you’ll find me in the treatment room caring for clients at Beauty By Nature Maui, this week I had the privilege of stepping back into one of my favorite roles—educator. After sharing advanced training techniques and education with the incredible team at Awili Spa & Salon , they returned the favor with some much-needed rest and relaxation, allowing me to soak it all in.

One of the greatest honors of my career has been the opportunity to teach and mentor fellow estheticians. Watching others grow in their craft and confidence reminds me why I do this work.

And if I’m being honest, I absolutely love being on the other side of the treatment room, too. Exploring spas, experiencing new treatments, and discovering thoughtful wellness experiences has always been one of my favorite ways to stay inspired.

Mahalo to the Andaz team for the warm welcome, and mahalo to all of you for being here. Whether you’re a longtime client or a new face, I’m grateful you’re part of this community.
