I now understand the true power of incorporating self-care into my daily life!
While in the beauty industry for
nearing 20 years I have witnessed
the positive
transformations that self - care brings!

Throughout our time together, you will be invited to look at different forms of self-care that you can enjoy, when it comes to your beauty and wellness endeavors.
We will first be looking at what self-care is and how it contributes to your life.
My goal is to show you how active self-care can change your life, from providing you with the well-deserved and well-needed rest from the chaos in this life, to preventing burnout and bigger downsides and negative consequences later on.
We will then explore various services you may be interested in, including massage therapists and hair stylists, among many others on the beauty side of self-care.
We also explore the holistic side of self-care involving our overall wellness, fitness and caring for our mental health!
I will then share a beauty budget to show you have to structure your own self-care budget!
Finally, I will also give you some insight on ways that you can actively engage in self-care from home in between appointments!
