Agreed! I see so much going on out there, watching ppl go through their struggles, only to use an stress as an excuse to throw judgement, bullying & more negativity at those they come across. It just builds more destructive energy which comes back to cause more stress. Kindness & compassion costs less. It feels good for the soul. It can be enough to change someone's perspective, their outlook, the way they treat others & even themselves. That's the ripple of change we need.
