First and foremost I would like to Thank you for choosing Shay for a slay. I truly appreciate your loyalty and commitment. I have been thinking of ways to bring more to your service. In addition to price changes I will also be offering my clients the ability to book online. Beginning February 1, I will no longer book appointments via text. Also I will be strictly enforcing a no late tolerance. This is unfair to myself, you and other clients. A deposit of $25 will be collected once an appointment is made and will be non-refundable unless your appointment is canceled 24 hours in advanced. If for any reason a notice is not given and you have an emergency the deposit can be used towards a future appointment upon approval.
